If you have never used Henna (mehendi) before, do a patch test to check for any allergic reactions. 

This is a complete treatment for a DIY at home application. It's already mixed (much less mess) for you. Everything you'll need is included.

Apply to clean towel dry hair and leave least 30. The longer you have the Gloss on, the more highlights you will get. The henna color can continue to darken for 2 to 3 days. 
Henna color usually fades naturally within about 4 months.
