This listing is for my cream for Arthritis & Joint Blend: Ginger, Black Pepper, Lemongrass, Lavender, Frankincense & Myrrh, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Copaiba

Now includes Arnica oil to enhance the effectiveness of the blend. I've also provided an option for you to add Tumeric Essential Oil and/or Tumeric Powder to the Blend for additional relief also.

Because both forms of arthritis are long term conditions, rotating this cream with my roller ball oil blends for best results. This cream takes a little longer to take effect, but it works for a longer period of time.

Also, by added warmth (I also have herbal wraps that help immensely also) the depth of the effects of the oils and cream intensifies. You can find the Herbal Wraps here:https://www.etsy.com/shop/PamperedSkinCare?ref=seller-platform-mcnav§ion_id=21360018

I also have epsom salt blends that help. Find the best one here:https://www.etsy.com/listing/555083839/ylang-ylang-blue-tansy-wild-orange-bath?ref=shop_home_active_2

Many clients interchange the products and use them alternately switching off and on as they need and or prefer. Some cannot take baths so the salts isn't an option for them.

It is recommended to use the roller ball oil blend for a couple of weeks then alternating or rotating with the cream and only use the oil blend for very painful flare ups and immediate relief.

You can find the Roller Ball Blends here:  https://www.pamperedskincareessentials.com/product-page/arthritis-joint-essential-oil-blend-combo

Apply on wrists, joints or any affected areas while massaging cream into skin as needed.

**Application becomes more effective with heat therapy (warm cloth or heating pad).

Tumeric Essential Oil
Lowers Inflammation
The alpah-curcumene found in turmeric essential oil comes in very high concentrations, and is the main anti-inflammatory substance in this oil. This chemical is derived from curcumin, which is the active ingredient in the turmeric spice that provides so many of its health benefits. This allows turmeric oil to soothe inflammation associated with arthritis, gout, headaches, muscle pain, joint disorders and various chronic diseases throughout the body, including gastrointestinal inflammation.

Aids in Reducing Arthritis and Joint Issues

Traditionally, turmeric has been used in Chinese and Indian Ayurvedic medicine to treat arthritis since turmeric’s active components are known to block inflammatory cytokines and enzymes. That’s why it’s known as one of the best essential oils for arthritis around.

Turmeric is warming and analgesic for rheumatism and any painful, cold joint condition. Calming for the nervous system, turmeric offers us a warm and calming support for reducing pain and a great anti-inflammatory oil.

Studies have shown turmeric’s ability to help reduce pain, inflammation and stiffness related to rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

***Tumeric powder can stain clothing and towels so use caution when applying/washing. Tumeric powder also discolors skin for a short amount of time, depending how much is used and how often. Therefore, it is best applied during evening/night times. Avoid eye area.
