These roller ball oil blend is the quickest way to get to the source of the inflammation.
These Blends are applied to different areas of the body.
Blend #1 - Apply on wrists, joints or any affected areas while massaging oil into skin as needed.
Blend #2 - Apply to the bottom of the feet twice daily, morning and evening.
**Application becomes more effective with heat therapy (warm cloth or heating pad).
These Blends can be used together, same time, but usually the #1 is needed more often during the day when mobile and moving while #2 should only be used a couple times a day.
Frequency largely depends on the individual. If it's needed say, 6-8 times a day, to help get through the day, most of my clients alternate products to help reduce the frequency of using the oil blends.
Also, by added warmth (I also have herbal wraps that help immensely also) the depth of the effects of the oils and cream intensifies. You can find the Herbal Wraps here: https://www.pamperedskincareessentials.com/herbal-wraps-pillows
I also have epsom salt blends that help. Find those here: https://www.pamperedskincareessentials.com/shop-3
Many clients interchange the products and use them alternately switching off and on as they need and or prefer. Some cannot take baths so the salts isn't an option for them.
It is recommended to use the roller ball oil blend for a couple of weeks then alternating or rotating with the cream and only use the oil blend for very painful flare ups and immediate relief.
